Absolutely! Edgetrades LLC adheres to a tight regulatory framework. All our clients’ funds are kept in segregated accounts in banks. This means that all accounts and investments are safe and secure.

You can reset your password in three easy steps:

• Enter your Edgetrades LLC ID or email
• Enter PIN
• Enter new password

Please make sure that you keep your password in a safe place and do not disclose it to any third parties.

To verify your profile on Edgetrades LLC – which gives you access to all the products and services - you need to upload clear colour copies (mobile photo or a scan) of the following documents:

• Proof of identity – passport, national identity card or driving license

Please note: if your identification document also states your correct residential address, then an additional proof of address document may not be required.

• Proof of residence not older than 6 months– bank/card statement or utility bill. Examples of documents which can be provided are:
  • Water/gas/electric/internet/telephone bill.
  • Residency certificate.

Edgetrades LLC offers a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, e-Wallets, bank wire transfers and local payment solutions.

Remember, we do not accept cash deposits.

On mytradecen, go to the My Money section, and then select the Deposits page.

Select what your preferred deposit is before clicking ‘Deposit’. Choose the myEdgetrades Capital account or wallet that you would like to deposit your funds into and then fill in the required fields.

On the next page, confirm your deposit details. Your payment provider may require additional steps.

There will be two messages that appear when you’re unable to access your trading account. If it says “no connection”, it means you’ve selected the wrong server. If it says “invalid account”, it means you’ve entered the wrong ID/password.
